Let me just explain what’s going on before any of you start to freak out about your order. Alright, so this past month has been crazy. I received more orders than ever, was working while I was on vacation, then while I was on vacation my Paypal account was hacked. Not only did I lose a large amount of money but my account wasn’t accepting new transactions like it had been because of the customer service lady changing my information and the account becoming unverified. I’ve had the paypal account for a very long time and have never had any problems… But now I have to get a new bank account linked up to it. And being a 19 year old that doesn’t even have a drivers license or a bank account at all, It’s a little difficult for me right now to just drive down the road get one and have everything fixed. So unfortunately my shop is going to be “on vacation” for a couple of more weeks now :( Not only did the paypal crap happen, but my personal email, the one all of 1692’s mail/questions/etc get forwarded to was getting to much spam that I couldn’t keep up with all the messages I was getting from customers and just normal personal stuff. All of this has really messed up my communication with my customers and I’m so sorry if you think that I’ve been ignoring you. Please keep in mind that I’ve basically lost everything and am scrambling now to get things back in line. I’ve switched email accounts and am having everything forwarded to a new one so if you email me I will see it and reply as soon as possible. Once again I’m so sorry to those of you whose orders were/are late and I’m working constantly to get everything fixed.
